CAMP IN A NUTSHELL

Dates: August 20 (Friday) – August 29, 2021 (Sunday)

Location: Guesthouse “U Tośki 3,” Majerczykówka 30D (Murzasichle)

Accommodation: August 20 (Friday) from 18:00

Transport: On your own (please contact the instructors in your city; often, transport can be organized but requires individual arrangements).

Meals: Full board, from breakfast on August 21 to lunch on August 29 (3 meals daily, with breakfasts and dinners served buffet-style; vegetarian diet available upon request). On-site beverages (water, compotes, juices), snacks, fruits, tea, cocoa, etc., and a coffee machine for parents.

Rooms: Accommodation in a high-standard facility, 3-4 bed rooms with a view of the snow-capped peaks of the Tatras, with a bathroom in each room.

On-site facilities: Training room, training mats, table tennis room, billiards, foosball, swimming pool, sauna, dining room with a large terrace overlooking the mountains.

Camp end: August 29 (Sunday) from 15:00 (after lunch).

Requirements: Please provide information about your fencing equipment when registering. If you lack any equipment, the instructor will try to help, provided they receive the information in advance.

Goal: Great fun and a fencing adventure!

The camp program includes, among other things:

• A lot of fencing
• Elements of martial arts and self-defense (used in fencing)
• Basics of acrobatics
• “Movement” – the latest and healthiest physical exercises that restore and develop natural bodily fitness
• Sports and integrative games and activities, enhancing not only physical fitness (take place in the meadow, at the pool, in the gym)
• Detox from phones, computers, and technology – with such a busy schedule, there simply won’t be time or – we hope – desire for technology
