12th Polish Championships in Modern Classical Fencing
November 26, 2017
123 Borowa Street in Tychy
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
On November 26, 2017, at 123 Borowa Street in Tychy, the 12th Polish Championships in Classical Fencing will take place, organized by the Classical Fencing Foundation “Aramis.”
What is MCF – Modern Classical Fencing
Modern Classical Fencing is an extreme sport that has developed alongside Olympic fencing. It has its own championships, competitions, and detailed regulations. The rules are based on the principle that every bout must be conducted as if the weapons were sharp. Competitive level fights allow martial arts techniques (other than just scoring with a weapon).
About the School:
Since 1998, the Aramis Fencing School has been teaching Modern Classical Fencing (MCF). We are the largest school of MCF in the world. We exist for all those who combine a passion for sports with the tradition of fencing. We operate in several cities across Poland and collaborate with MCF schools from other countries. Our camps are attended by athletes from all over the world.
REGISTRATION
Students register with their instructors. Individuals outside of SFA should register directly with Marek Jeziorski. A classical fencing competitor’s license is required and available from the instructors.
